Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Works with Inventory Specialist Luke St. team to maintain adequate supplies and equipment.
  • Assures purchases, transfers and receiving are completed following policy and procedure.
  • Provides support and maintenance for inventory related items in inventory tracking software.
  • Monitors & reports on inventory levels.
  • Packages and loads supplies & inventory for delivery.
  • Promotes safety practices and compliance in storage area.
  • Monitors & reports on inventory levels.
  • Work with Lafayette to maintain adequate supplies & equipment.
  • Provides support and maintenance for inventory related items in tracking software.
  • Receives, inspects & maintains respiratory equipment by evaluating, cleaning, repairing & performing PM.
  • Schedules, coordinates & monitors Third Party PM repair, as necessary.
  • Maintains service logs, documents all service events, performs tests & PM.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all equipment types & PM procedures for each serialized item.
  • Participates in quarterly physical inventory counts.
  • Maintains the warehouse, keeping it organized, efficient and clean.
  • Follows all compliance protocol as dictated by Lafayette Main office.
  • Develops a good functional working knowledge of BF, Smartsheet's, XL spreadsheets & other inventory related software.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience working with inventory, shipping, order fulfillment, logistics & order entry.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP (BF), Shipping & PM management software
  • Some technical skill development required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical Demands:
  • Sitting at desk, standing, and walking throughout warehouse/office
  • Operation of office equipment and computer
  • Occasionally lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Visual abilities include reading, distance & peripheral vision.

  • Teamwork Orientation & ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees.
  • Forklift & pallet jack certification.
  • Compliance & Respiratory certification and training with VieMed once hired.
