Nutra-Med Packaging LLC, located in Whippany, NJ, provides contract packaging services for Rx and OTC products to businesses in the pharmaceutical, nutritional, and healthcare industries. Nutra-Med offers a wide range of packaging services including blistering, bottling, pouching, cartoning, clinical packaging, serialization, and kit packaging.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible to lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Ensure efficient and accurate handling of all inventories. Supervise personnel and inspect warehouse for cleanliness and orderly storage of components. Ensure all warehouse equipment is in good order to ensure reliable support.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

· Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. Ensure efficient and accurate handling of all inventories.

· Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Foster a positive and productive work environment.

· Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and discrepancies.

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

· Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety training and audits to maintain a safe working environment.

· Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and machinery. Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and complies with safety standards.

· Prepare and analyze reports related to warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational issues. Maintain accurate documentation and records as required.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Address and resolve any issues related to order processing or delivery.

EQUIPMENT OPERATED:

Forklift, pallet jack, electric pallet jack, shrink wrap machine etc.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse supervisor or team lead management. Experience in managing or leading a team is essential

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
