This is a direct hire position.The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouseemployees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere. The candidate will supervise and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movement.Duties & Responsibilities: Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations which include, but not limited to, loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control. Leading by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed. Drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement. Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system. Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures. Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis.Salary $49, 000-58, 000 BOE
