**Warehouse Supervisor**

The Warehouse Supervisor is an active member of the Operations department. The function requires strong interaction skills with the different disciplines within Operations: Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Logistics, Technical Services, and Facility Management.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This position is accountable for achieving overall operating results consistent with company performance goals. The Supervisor will direct ongoing communication and collaboration with customers of the warehouse. This position is responsible for overseeing warehouse maintenance processes, record keeping, safety protocol, security services, and inventory assurance to ensure work teams, service providers, equipment, and physical assets are safe and secure. In addition, the Warehouse Supervisor oversees the coordination of daily activities of warehouse employees.

**Main responsibilities of the job**

* Work closely with employees to coordinate warehouse activities, such as shipping, receiving, storage and inventory assurance

* Manage the daily activity of all shipping, receiving and inventory in the warehouse.

* Determine and implement daily manufacturing priorities.

* Ensure all ERP data is maintained and accurate.

* Provide training and check that all operators training files match and support the operations they are required to carry out.

* Responsible for Accuracy of Materials Receipt, Inventory Management and product shipment as follows:

* Accountable for the reconciliation of all GMP inventories.

* Accountable for the financial reconciliation of stock values and quantities including the set-up of metrics from regular cycle counting etc.

* Ensure that all expired stocks are removed from the warehouse and ERP.

* Ensure all inventory discrepancies are investigated and resolved.

* Ensure all GMP documentation is completed in a timely manner. (CC, Deviations, CAPAs)

* Act as area representative for any project-based implementations, as assigned.

* Determine areas of concern where operations can be improved and follow through with resolutions.

* Demonstrate complete knowledge of documentation and training issues and policies.

* Follow Warehouse cGMP practices.

* Ensure facility is compliant with all company and OSHA safety requirements.

* Maintain scheduling pickup and delivery.

* Plan, develop, and implement safety, security, and OSHA compliance.

* Train/cross-train warehouse associates on OSHA and other safety regulations, and security of assets.

* Fill in for the Warehouse Manager, when required.

* Other miscellaneous department related duties as required.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelors degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related degree desired.

* 3+ years in previous Supply Chain/Operations Management or management experience in a related industry, preferred.

* Experience coordinating and leading teams. Ability to set, create and support project plans involving cross-functional teams.

* Strong computer skills including experience with WH Management Systems, ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

* Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.

* Proven communication, training and coaching skills.

* Strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry and cGMP strongly preferred.

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and use hands and fingers.

* Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
