Job Description: Cambria has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, organized individual seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for monitoring all aspects of warehouse employees and duties at the Cambria Plant, while striving to meet company goals for safety, quality, and productivity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company goals for safety, quality and productivity and strive to achieve those goals
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all aspects in the Warehouse
  • Recruit and hire employees for the Warehouse team as needed
  • Train, support and develop Warehouse employees to maximize their performance
  • Track employee performance, attendance, vacation and production hours
  • Proposed pay increases for the department appropriately
  • Engage with the Warehouse team and support groups to resolve problems as they arise
  • Maintain a strong understanding of WCS and other company computer-based programs
  • Complete shift-to-shift handoffs and shift notes
  • Outline performance expectations to Warehouse employees
  • Work with the Warehouse Manager to provide disciplinary action for Warehouse employees when needed
  • Assist with tasks in any area of the Warehouse as needed to meet productivity goals
  • Track performance reviews
  • Willing to participate in the Cambria provided First Aid/CPR/AED training
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Some secondary education required, 2 year degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years of proven leadership ability
  • Ability to operate a forklift and overhead crane with high degree of attention, skill, and dexterity to prevent damage to material and equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to supervise and motivate employees
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Proficiency with computers. (Microsoft Office Suite, WCS and ERP, and the Plant operation computer system)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Flexible with rotating shifts and every other weekend hours
Minimum Requirements: Education: Some secondary education required, 2 year degree preferred Experience: 3-5+ years of proven leadership ability Systems: N/A Cambria Success Factors:

Physical Requirements:
  • Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
  • Lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Push/pull 100 lbs.
  • Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
  • Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
  • Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
  • Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
  • Bend over multiple times throughout shift
Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:
  • Steel toed boots
  • Hearing Protection
  • Safety glasses
  • Cut-proof gloves
  • Latex gloves
  • Face shield
  • High visibility vest
