Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Pay: $25-28/hour, depending on experience Job Purpose: The Fulfillment Associate Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, picking and packing products, and preparing shipments for delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Honoring Commitments:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Maintain clear, honest, and frequent communication with team members and management.
- Ensure all orders are shipped on time and in full, meeting customer expectations.
Creating Positive Experiences:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and packaging.
- Perform quality control checks on all products before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
Fostering Lifelong Learning:
- Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Lead team members by setting clear goals and motivating them to accomplish these goals.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed, ensuring team members are knowledgeable and proficient in these tasks.
Exhibiting a Pioneering Spirit:
- Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in order processing.
- Utilize appropriate equipment, such as sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks, to streamline warehouse operations.
Demonstrating Good Stewardship:
- Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound shipments, order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
- Receive, unpack, check-in, count, and verify all incoming freight, ensuring it is placed in the correct location.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth order processing and problem resolution.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience supervising in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.

- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Desire to grow within the organization.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
