Our client is hiring a Day Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Lockport, Illinois. OverviewThe Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, shipping, and receiving. They manage the daily work of Warehouse Techs and measure team performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and supporting Warehouse Technicians to meet daily goals.
- Assisting in recruitment and determining salaries, promotions, and terminations.
- Managing schedules and assigning tasks to ensure timely order processing and inventory accuracy.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance with policies.
- Driving continuous improvement projects to enhance warehouse processes and optimize efficiency.
- Documenting and maintaining Warehouse Standard Operating Procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in warehousing.
- Experience leading teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present information effectively.
- Experience using relevant systems (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Oracle, SAP).

The expected salary range for this role is $85,000-$100,000. Salaries are based on a wide range of factors including skills, experience, education, and business/market considerations.
