We are hiring an energetic and responsible full-time Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Rialto, California. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations of the warehouse department.

Also, this position will play a vital role in the construction of our next new warehouse, which will take place and need to be completed in 2025. You'll need to build a team and direct activities of the warehouse and warehouse associates.

Responsibilities / What you'll do:

Manage and optimise the daily operation of the warehouse, establish and improve the management system of warehouse in accordance with regulations to ensure that the operation is standardized, efficient and safe, including:

  • Responsible for the daily operation of warehousing and logistics services, such as receiving and dispatching products of the warehouse, ensure that products are received and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Responsible for the management of inventory: orderly placement of products, clear marking, and regular inventory count to ensure the safety of products;
  • Responsible for receiving and dispatching inventory data management: timely processing of receiving and dispatching data to ensure that inventory accounts are consistent;
  • Responsible for the identification, reception and management of returned products;

Management and optimisation of warehouse resource allocation, reasonable control of warehouse operating costs, including:

  • Developing logistics sources, and controlling logistics costs under the premise of guaranteeing the safety of products;
  • Optimise warehouse processes, analyse warehouse operation data, improve inventory turnover, develop and implement return processing and management processes, ensure the most effective use of warehouse resources.
  • Daily data analysis (best-selling product data, logistics cost data, overseas warehouse cost data, etc.);
  • Safety stock early warning: According to the inventory and orders in advance of the evolution of the number of orders and models that need to be put into production;
  • Reasonable control of inventory turnaround time, for the sluggish inventory can be timely warning and promote all relevant departments to clean up the consumption;
  • Update products to the warehouse shelves in a timely manner;

Cooperate with other departments of the company to complete all kinds of business requirements of warehouses, etc., and maintain good communication and coordination with other departments to ensure that the warehouse operation is in line with the company's overall strategy;

  • Cooperate with sales operation to do good tracking of products, claims and other services;
  • Manage and guide the daily work of warehouse team members, co-ordinate the overall work of the company's warehouse staff;
  • Collaborate with the finance department to take stock of inventory on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for the supervision of after-sales maintenance, as well as completing other things arranged by the superior.

Benefits / What's In It For You:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $96,000 per year.

Qualifications / What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor degree or above, good Chinese speaking and dictation skills will be a plus;
  • Two + (2+) years' experience of warehouse management required, familiar with the details of overseas warehouse operation, able to develop a reasonable and effective low-cost overseas warehouse solutions for the operator is preferred;
  • Work location is CA, CA, Los Angeles preferred
  • Familiar with batteries, DG goods shipment is preferred
  • Clear logical thinking, able to flexibly adjust the relevant programmes, thinking comprehensively and deeply; with a high sense of responsibility and innovation, able to withstand strong work pressure;
  • High sense of responsibility and serious work attitude, good communication and coordination skills, integrity, down-to-earth, teamwork spirit;
  • Rich team management experience and ability, with professional cost consciousness, risk consciousness and crisis consciousness.
