***The Big Task***
Being a point of contact for incoming shipments as well as supplying parts to technicians. If you're a multi-tasking extraordinaire with an eye for details - we're looking for you!
***Key Sub Tasks***
* Checking in and verifying accuracy of incoming parts
* Coordinating part pick-ups with suppliers and technicians
* Picking up parts and equipment in a company shop truck
* Transferring physical records into a digital filing system
* Registering HVAC equipment
* Submitting warranty claims
* Various data entry duties
***Preferred Qualities***
* Effective written and verbal communication skills, personal integrity and the ability to work with a wide-range of individuals
* Quick and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
* Self-motivated
* Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Service Titan experience helpful.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize to perform all tasks in a timely and effective manner
