Summary: This position is responsible for learning about third party warehouse services and has the ability to work with a diverse employee group to establish and maintain positive performance measures relative to workflow and output on the production floor working collaboratively with Account Managers, CSRs and Facility Managers to meet the company's expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with team to perform receiving, inventory control, pick and pack, accessorial services/application to products and shipping for assigned customers
- Inventory control of all product; including setup, movement of product, accountability for product counts and reconciliation of products counts
- Learn and operate NEPCO Warehouse Management Software for all fulfillment transactions; inventory management, BOL preparations, pick tickets, packing slips, etc
- Participate in daily meetings with facility and account manager to ensure work flow is completed timely and accurately
- Resolve all customer issues as they arise
- Participate in developing and improving efficiency standards for each account
- Other tasks as assigned
SHIFT:
- Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
PAY:
- $17 hourly while in training. Once hired on as a full time team lead, pay will increase to $19.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 or more years of warehouse and logistics experience
- Self-motivated and disciplined team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and delegation skills.
- Must be able to lift, carry and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer knowledge of Windows and MS Office
- Must be able to work any shift, any schedule and any day of the week
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, office, and plant personnel using verbal and written communication.
- Ability to perform basic calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Must be able to use a 10 key calculator.
