Years of experience 3 to 5 years Rate 21,97$/h to 23,31$/h depending on your experience **YOUR ROLE IN OUR TEAM**

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Service Center Team Leader will have to perform tasks related to the functional management of his or her team, preparation vouchers, management of transfers, inbound and outbound freight in terms of loading and unloading with quality and accuracy. He or she will make the distribution and preparation of sales orders and will proceed with the shipment according to the dates and times of delivery and ensure optimal customer service.

* Responsible for the building in the absence of the Warehouse Manager;

* Manage new priorities, deadlines or changes in schedules and workload additions;

* Validate the quality, conformity and accuracy of receipts and shipments;

* Classify, identify, dispose of finished products in the appropriate places in the warehouse;

* Work closely with the Warehouse Manager;

* Participate in the preparation of orders;

* Ensure that workplaces meets the companys cleanliness and safety standards;

* Collaborates closely with logistics on the delivery service;

* Appointment support for Regional Service Center;

* Leads the inventory taking and entry of data into the Divalto (WMS);

* Filing and scanning of documents to the Divalto (WMS);

* Coordinating and assigning work to forklift operators;

* Participating in the reception of customers;

* Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

**THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

**Education :**

* High school diploma (an asset);

* 3 to 5 years experience in logistics, inventory management or related field.

**Knowledge :**

* Hazardous Materials Handling Course (an asset);

* Experience driving a forklift;

* Experience supervising/coordinating shipping employees;

* Experience in receiving and shipping;

* Basic computing;

* Functional English;

* Spoken and written French (An asset);

* Stock Rotation.

**Skills and Abilities :**

**Working conditions :**

* Safety jacket, safety glasses and safety boots at all times;

* Numerous temperature changes when operating forklifts inside and outside the plant;

* High availability to be on call according to organizational needs;

* Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (Overtime as required);

* Cell phone provided.

**Physical requirements :**

* Good physical health (operating a forklift can be physically demanding);

* Frequent heavy load handling.

**Subordinates :**

* Forklift operators (functional control, but no direct management)
