Location: Whitehall,WI, USA
Second Shift -3 pm to 11 pm + OT as required, typically Saturdays.
Our warehouse team works together to prepare items for shipment to our customers. Operation of forklift is required in this role and is in a cool warehouse environment.
**Essential Functions:**
* Lift and carry boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs.
* Operate forklift as needed
* Use handheld scanners to document product movement
* Able to read, write, and understand the English language
* Comply with all other company policies and procedures
Filling out paperwork properly and completely and taking the required samples and delivering to the QC lab. Finish pallet stacking properly cooled cheese. Move stacked or toted product to the finished racks for shipping via a forklift. Perform the maintenance checklist on forklift every morning before use. Clean up spills in a timely manner and keep work area orderly. This position reports to the warehouse lead or supervisor on duty.
From time to time you may be required to work other shifts or be temporarily moved to other departments in the plant. Must also be prepared for any related duties Whitehall Specialties, Inc. (within reason) assigned by the Supervisor or Management
* Education: High school education or equivalent
* Forklift experience
* Outstanding safety record with a history of demonstrating safe work practices
* Strong attendance record
