If the answer is yes, we invite you to consider joining us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world.Job SummaryAs a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of the stores on-site activities, handling receipt, stocking, and shipping of products; staging and delivering customer orders; and all transactions with the business and local vendors.Where is the work: This position has been designated as On-Site. This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.What you will do:
- Responsible for staging, shipping and receiving parts, equipment, and supplies.
- Stocks the parts stores with an appropriate amount of merchandise.
- Responsible for inventory control, including determining levels, identifying and disposing of excess and obsolete inventory, and maintaining system inventory accuracy.
- Enters inventory into software system.
- Receives material into inventory, move material by quantity between designated locations, and locate/pick material to/from warehouse locations as required. Ensures accurate part number, quantity, and other data fields entries that impact electronic records of receipts, inventories, location; Resolves discrepancies with material quantities, part numbers;
- Handles bin locations including optimization
- Responsible for will calls
- May deliver parts to customer locations or job sites, other parts stores.
- Practices safe material handling techniques.
- Completes training as required, including safety training, certification and testing.
- Safely operates assigned material handling equipment. Ensures that all equipment in use has been inspected and is in safe operating condition. Reports all accidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
- Reinforces culture of safety by utilizing all appropriate resources to safely perform all functions of the job.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts, as required.
- Valid Driver's License
- A Commercial Driver's License is a requirement in certain regions where a commercial motor vehicle is used.

What you will bring:
- We are looking for a customer oriented person with a High school diploma or GED required plus minimum of six months warehouse experience. Forklift experience a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to read and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
- Possess basic math skills. Ability to perform these basic operations using units of American money and weight measurement, and volume.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to take care of problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Valid Driver's License

- Forklift Certification
- While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and effectively communicate with others - talk and hear. You will frequently be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. You will occasionally required to sit. This position regularly lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds, frequently lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Any lifting above 50 pounds should be done mechanically.

Compensation: Base Pay Range: $20Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
