Our vision is to become the leading provider of recycled critical minerals by providing a single point-of-contact for the disposition of end-of-life and unused assets. We collect electronic waste and return those materials to the supply chain by reselling usable products and recycling commodities. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Technician I to join our team onsite in Palo Alto. As a Warehouse Technician I, you will be responsible for sorting a wide range of electronics and commodities to ensure smooth and efficient recycling process in the facility. You will learn an incredible amount about different electronics and commodities: how they work, how they're disassembled, and how well they retain their value. What's in it for you?

Key Responsibilities
- Sort various electronics, equipment, materials, and commodities.
- Disassemble obsolete equipment to optimize for recycling and material recovery.
- Package and ship electronic products to resale customers quickly and without shipping-related product damage.
- Follow all safety rules for warehouse including wearing of PPE - steel toe shoes, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses and hearing protection when applicable.
- Perform other related duties as assigned including facility clear outs, onsite pickups, equipment assembly, etc.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic hard worker with diligent attention to detail
- Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change.
- Ability to work with a variety of computer and software systems.
- Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk up to eight hours per day.
- Strong knowledge of electronic products, including computers, smartphones, home appliances, and consumer electronics is a plus.
