**Description**
Customer Service Warehouse Technicians at McConnell and Associates enjoy being a part of a family where their contributions are valued. They also enjoy competitive pay and a full benefits package.
**Responsibilities**
* Report to the Plant Manager.
* Ensuring safety in all that we do.
* Work week will include Saturdays and Sundays.
* Load and unload trucks via pumps, by hand, and/or with a forklift.
* Make repairs to equipment as necessary.
* Work with a wide range of customers, including contractors, municipalities, and homeowners to sell a wide range of products which may include asphalt sealers, asphalt crack sealers, line striping paint, hand tools, and various other pavement maintenance products.
**Skills & Qualifications**
* Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.
* Valid driver license. Class A CDL is a plus.
* Relatively clean motor vehicle report. (Applicants w/ a drug or alcohol driving offense in the last three years will not be considered. Other violations will be evaluated using our insurance company standards.)
* 2 or more years customer service experience.
* 2 or more years operating a forklift.
* General mechanical skills.
* Basic computer skills
* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
* Ability to work 40 70 hours a week including weekends.
