**Location:** Bethlehem, PA, US, 18017 * BA/BS or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience with knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
* Experience with MRP & ERP systems
* 2+ Years background in Logistics/Supply Chain
* Proficient with common PC based applications and specifically in the use of MS Office, has high-level user skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
* Demonstrated ability to train and communicate effectively
* Demonstrated ability to use navigate & execute the warehouse and material movement functions of NuGenesis, QAD & QCBD
* Demonstrated ability to make good decisions and lead others when there is no clear direction
* Demonstrated ability to use computers to document and communicate accurate information
* Demonstrated ability to identify, control and reduce health and safety risk to self and others
* Demonstrated ability to put EH&S, Quality Assurance Requirements before production
* Demonstrated ability to practice teamwork and flow to the highest value/priority work
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
* Operations Ensure that Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse & Material functions & movements are executed properly; Gaps are identified, and plan developed to mitigate
* Inventory Maintain & execute inventory strategy

* Order & maintain warehouse material inventory levels at target levels and report out on cycle count results & cost exceptions monthly.
* Take ownership of both the GMP & Development Warehouse strategy execution.
* Continuously build experience & knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices
* Supplier/Vendor relationships are cultivated & managed to provide the quality and service needed to maintain consistent & accurate supply for Manufacturing.
* Material bins & locations through the Warehouse System are maintained and gaps are identified & resolved.
* Know what our competitive position is and work collaboratively with Department teams to prioritize Supply Chain functions, including QA so that warehouse functions are completed in conjunction with QA functions.
* Lead opportunities to more efficiently manage materials through the inventory system, including inherited materials through project close-outs.
* Work with and through team members to achieve targets & deadlines.
* Handling & Shipment of GMP & Development materials in any storage condition, while maintaining & storing associated documentation.
* Conduct oneself and expect coworkers to conduct themselves consistent with the accountable culture principles.
* Proactively identify, control and reduce health and safety risk in all aspects of the operation. Understand the critical hazards in the area and how to mitigate them.
