The Warehouse Technician is accountable for all aspects of warehouse operation activities including, but not limited to, the below.
- Maintaining the IKAV San Juan inventory including:
o Critical spares as well as all consumable materials o PPE, methanol, signage and other consumables for operations. o Offsite materials and equipment
- Ability to operate a forklift/telehandler safely and skillfully for the movement of equipment and pipe.
- Working daily with vendors on availability and lead time of products as well as tracking the on-time delivery of materials.
- Review and approval of invoices in OpenInvoice.
- Perform transfers of materials and controllable equipment in W Energy/SAP, while working in conjunction with the company's Joint Interest team.
- Create Purchase Orders for all warehouse inventory and consumable materials.
- Work with vendors and company buyers on billing issues and GR/IR imbalances
- Support HSE compliance by managing supply of personal 4 gas monitors and commercial hazardous waste disposal at the warehouse (contaminated soil bin, aerosol can disposal, and oily waste dumpster).
- Support operations by participating in meetings to discuss forth coming projects as well as inventory needs.
- Assists Warehouse Manager with both the annual physical and quarterly cycle count inventory processes.
- Complete disposals and write-offs as appropriate.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the oil and gas industry
- Experience with W Energy a plus
- Experience with SAP a pus
- Experience working in a growing start up environment strongly preferred
- COPAS exposure required
- Flexibility to grow and change with company needs
Salary Description $45,000-$60,000
