About the Role:

As a Warehouse Worker at Maintainer Corporation of Iowa (MCI), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. You will work closely with other members of the warehouse team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
• Experience with inventory management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials
• Pick and fill orders from stock
• Pack and ship orders to customers
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks

Skills:

As a Warehouse Worker, you will use your strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that all materials and products are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently. You will also use your physical strength and ability to operate warehouse equipment to move and transport materials. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential to your success in this role. Additionally, your experience with inventory management software and excellent communication skills will help you to maintain accurate inventory records and work effectively with other members of the warehouse team.

Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
