This role will be responsible for ensuring all employees are equipped with the tools necessary to find success in their roles. - Responsible for the training and retraining of Franklin Employees.
- Facilitate training for all forklift operators including operation, inspection, and maintenance standards.
- Mastery level understanding of all process and work instructions across departments.
- Enforce the I do, We Do, You Do instruction strategy to ensure employees are shown the proper execution of work instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Report problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Work closely with the management team to identify gaps in the current processes and encourage changes where necessary.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate distribution functions.
- Flexible to work a variety of schedules based on the hired employee's shift.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned.

What you need Skills and Abilities
- Skilled forklift and reach truck operator (Raymond preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reads, understands, and communicates documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Utilizes common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
- Provides accurate work on a consistent basis meeting precise tolerances and standards.
- Interpersonal skills sufficient to work closely with others on a team.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility in work environment performing a variety of frequently changing tasks and shifts.
- Capability of evaluating employee performance and understanding of how trainees are progressing.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
- 3 years or more experience working in a training capacity in a warehouse setting.
Computer Skills
- Basic: RF scanner.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred)
Certificates and Licenses
- Forklift Certification (required).
