Make your move to B&H today!B & HJob DescriptionJob Title:Warehouse Used Research Solutions Associate - 2nd ShiftDivision/Department:Reports to:Approved By:Viewed By:Human Resources- NJFLast Reviewed:Job Overview:The Warehouse Used Research Solutions Associate in our Used Item department is responsible for signing off on all incoming merchandise shipments in the warehouse. As a vital part of the warehouse support team, the Warehouse Research Solutions Associate inspects the merchandise to ensure B&H has received what it was supposed to receive and in expected condition. Once the inspection is complete the employee records the shipment as received into the Warehouse Management system and then B&H releases payment to the vendor. Also investigates any discrepancies in the product flow whether through Pick Module, Shipping or Racking departments.Warehouse Used Research Solutions Associate job duties may include but are not limited to the following:Troubleshooting all issues that arise in the receiving department with merchandiseResearch product information to conduct investigations on discrepanciesEnsure there is quality testing at all times in the warehouseDocuments complaints on vendors such as missing packing slips or missing bar codesAdditional Responsibilities:As assigned by the managerSpecific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Prior problem solving in warehouse experience neededMust be able to multitask and work in busy warehouse environmentExtended periods of standing/walkingAbility to resolve pallet math and strong attention to detail and analytical thinkingStrong computer knowledge is requiredMust be able to operate a hand scanner to enter data into a Warehouse Management systemPreferred Education, Experience and Licenses:Minimum 2 years experience in a WarehouseHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredâ ¢ Prior problem solving in warehouse experience neededPhysical Environment/Occupational Risks:Warehouse EnvironmentRequired Schedule:Sunday 9am-6pm and Monday-Thursday 12pm-8pm**Eligibility contingent upon background screeningB&H is an Equal Opportunity Employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender IdentityWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
