Our Press Operator literally keeps our business moving. As our main production worker, you will become an expert at dye sublimation and knowing when to change speed or temperature to make amazing vibrant artwork. The ideal candidate must be hard working, self-motivated, energetic, and a problem solver. You will be responsible for controlling a large format heat press and producing product each day at a fast pace. There will be lots of movement by getting up and down and walking around the warehouse. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:**

Prepare all printed paper and blank substrates for the days production

Calibrate heat press for different products

Produce daily product list

Transport finished product to shipping department

Keeping a clean work area

Moving 40lb boxes

Setting up 64 rolls of paper onto large heat press

Cutting Paper

Emptying trash and recycling

Problem Solver. When issues pop-up you love to solve them. Giving up or getting frustrated isnt in your vocabulary. You love to tackle problems head on.

The ability to hustle. You hustle and work at a fast pace when needed. You have a 3rd gear you can shift to when necessary.
