Trillium Staffing is now seeking Warehouse Workers for temp-to-hire opportunities in Mansfield, OH! Hours are 5am - 2:00pm. Pay is $18- $22 based on experience. The Warehouse associate participates in the efficient and safe operation of their assigned warehouse area. The associate ensures compliance with approved procedures, SOPs and specifications. Qualifications and Competencies: •2-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment •Computer-literate; experience managing spreadsheets preferred •Able to understand, perform and retain various job-related training, operational, and safety procedures •Skilled in operating a forklift •Ability to effectively manage time, coordinate multiple tasks, adjust schedule in order to meet deadlines and goals in a fast-paced environment •Experience in an industrial environment and mechanically inclined •Ability to lift, push, pull, carry items up to 50 lbs.
