Pay range: $23.25 - $27.60 per hour with a $1.00 night shift differential. As a warehouse worker, you'll use a forklift and other heavy machinery to navigate our warehouse, pull products, and fulfill customer orders from one of three warehouse environments: dry (room temperature), cooler (36 degrees), or frozen (-5 degrees). We'll train you on all of the equipment you'll be using so that you can perform in a safe and effective manner at all times. While no prior warehouse experience is required, applicants must be able to pass a standard physical abilities test. - Pull, pack, and ship orders consistently and accurately using special equipment and technology
- Lift cases-cases weigh an average of 14 pounds, 35-60 pounds on the high end
- Pick product from high shelves
- Obtain required forklift certification during our in-house training
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Safety-first mindset
- Ability to pass a standard physical abilities test to ensure you can meet the physical demands of the job
- Sufficient vision and hearing necessary to operate powered equipment safely
- Good attendance record
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
- Previous warehouse experience
- Background in production-based job
