Job ResponsibilitiesAdhere to the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedules and organization while on shift.Will undergo proper training of responsibilities for the first week from the date hired.Subject to performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.Must adhere to and follow all company policies in place.Apply labels to appropriate packages.Document packages/products received and being shipped.Communicate with other team members to be sure daily duties are being performed correctly and efficiently.Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.Performs other related duties as assigned.SkillsThorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.Some experience with warehouse work is preferred, however, not required.Physical RequirementsMust be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time.
