PCF has a career path with a proven record that encourages internal growth across the organization along with on the job training to help you develop your skills for the futureESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESUnloads newspapers from delivery trucks, verifying receipt of proper amounts of newspapers.May assist in warehouse clean up and housekeepingAssists drivers in off-loading tractor trailers, storing materials, and reloading trucks within established deadlines.Operates both warehouse and office equipmentOther duties and tasks may be required as assigned by managementQualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESMay be required to be trained and be able to use the pallet jack or other warehouse equipment.Ability to use computer and other office equipment.Able to work weekends and early morning hours.Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred.Required Physical AbilitiesAble to unload bundles of newspapers (30 – 50 lbs. each) multiple times daily.Able to work in a warehouse type environment.Able to function at night in adverse conditions.Able to follow and meet attendance standardsMust be able to stand for extended periods of time.Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend, and twist without restrictions.This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the EmployerWORK FOR PCF.
