Receiving and Processing: Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities, and check for damaged goods. Process and record receipt of items.Inventory Management: Organize and store products in designated areas, ensuring accurate labeling and proper stock rotation. Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all orders are prepared according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following sanitation and safety guidelines. Dispose of packaging materials and other waste in accordance with company policies.Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipping logs, and other related documentation.Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Assist in training new employees as needed.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred.Previous warehouse experience or experience in a similar role is a plus.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items (up to [weight limit] lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation purposes.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Safety-conscious with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.Pay Details: $17.50 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
