Warranty Assistant

Feelfree US is looking for a customer service and warranty assistant. This individual will work closely with the customer service team, answering phone calls and emails and providing direct support to our customer base. A positive attitude, working well with people, and a willingness to learn are a must – and kayaking/fishing experience is a big plus!

This will be an entry level position with plenty of room for growth. Starting salary is 35k, plus paid benefits.

Daily tasks would include, but not be limited to the following:

• Assisting customer service department with email replies and phone calls.
• Gathering info for warranty claims, and logging warranty information for reporting.
• Packaging and shipping parts for customers pertaining to warranty and customer service needs.
• Interfacing with retailers pertaining to warranty issues.
• Checking in product arriving from manufacturing plant. *Must be able to lift over 60 pounds without assistance.
• Shipping online orders using UPS and USPS programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Kayaking experience is a plus.
• A positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task is paramount.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
