Responsibilities
* Review each warranty repair order for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility according to the manufacturer's policy and procedures.
* Determine and enter the applicable labor operation codes, failure/condition codes, and/or other administrative data required to code the repair properly.
* Check each repair order in the Vehicle Inquiry to determine coverage, extended warranties, open campaigns, TSBs, vehicle history, etc.
* Verifies criteria required by the factory or manufacturer.
* Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins.
* Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Prior dealership experience preferred; not required.
* Experience using CDK and/or ERP systems preferred.
* Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
* Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
* Must possess strong attention to detail.
* Must be able to work extended hours at the month-end.
* Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Valid in-state driver's license.
* Professional personal appearance.
* Excellent communication skills.
