The Customer Care Leader needs hands on experience and basic punch out, drywall, paint, trim repairs as needed. Basic plumbing and electrical skills/ knowledge required. All while delivering an excellent customer service experience. This opportunity is based in our Anderson Design Studio. Responsibilities:
- Contact homeowners within 24 hours or next business day of receiving warranty request.
- Ensure warranty requests are completed within 45 days of receipt.
- Lead all homeowner orientations.
- Maintain up-to-date Warranty Portal for all warranty requests.
- Learn BHH standards and product knowledge.
- Report recurring warranty issues to assess whether standards modification or training is necessary.
- Maintain positive relationships with homeowners, team members and trade partners.
Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize urgent vs important.
- Strategic thinker with positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze situations, consider options, and decide on actions quickly and.
- Maintain a high energy level and have a desire for growth.
- 3+ years of related construction experience (scattered lot) preferred.
- Be goal-driven and a life-long learner.
- Familiar with the local area and strong relationships in the industry preferred.
