About the Role Do you have a background in warranty or insurance claims and know how an auto dealership works? Are you interested in working from home? This could be a rewarding opportunity for you As a remote Warranty Pre-Authorization Specialist at Morley, you'll use your customer service expertise to help dealerships handle warranty claims from start to finish. You are responsible for effectively pre-authorizing the replacement of warranty components, reviewing warranty claims and working closely with automotive dealers regarding the pre-approval program.
