We are looking to hire a Bilingual Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Janitorial Cleaning who is familiar with the Union environment. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all daily and periodic requirements are completed to the highest standards and according to schedule. Additionally, this position will ensure that customer requests are promptly addressed to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and by the required standards. knowledge of carpet and floor maintenance is a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Good Reading and writing skills
* Coordinate and monitor work assignments and schedules of team employees.
* Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new/replacement employees.
* Review and Submit Timesheets for the locations.
* Maintain detailed records and compile written reports as scheduled and needed.
* Perform quality, service, and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
* Act as the conduit of information between management and front-line staff.
* Track equipment and supply inventory.
* Submit employee personnel and customer requests or issues to the Area Manager,
* Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvement.
* Salary: $20.60
