OverviewThe Waste Cleaner will be responsible for collecting, sorting, and disposing of general waste throughout the semiconductor site. This role requires attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to adhere to strict waste management protocols. The ideal candidate will help maintain cleanliness and contribute to a safe, well-functioning environment for all staff and operations.Key Responsibilities:· Regularly collect and dispose of general waste from designated areas throughout the semiconductor facility.· Ensure that waste bins are emptied in a timely and efficient manner.· Sort and segregate recyclable and non-recyclable materials according to company and regulatory standards.· Safely handle and transport waste materials to appropriate disposal or recycling areas.· Conduct periodic checks to ensure cleanliness of trash collection points and common areas.· Comply with site-specific safety and waste disposal protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).· Report any waste management issues or potential hazards to the supervisor immediately.· Assist with other general cleaning duties as assigned.Requirements:· Previous experience in waste management or industrial cleaning preferred, but not required.· Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.· Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.· Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.· Ability to work in a construstion environment, following strict protocols for contamination prevention.Working Conditions:· Work will take place in an indoor and outdoort industrial environment with exposure to general waste and recyclable materials.· Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and is mandatory to ensure safety while handling waste.REQNUMBER: 97524All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
