Empties Waste Carts into Baling Machine and operates Baling MachineMoves bales to staging areaReplaces paste totesMaintains a clean work areaRemoves core waste and filled fiber trash drums from the production flow and dumps them in the dumpsterOperates the S20 Tennant Sweeper to clean dust and debris off of the production and warehouse floorConsolidates and disposes of finished paste drums from productionProvides incidental backup Lift Driver support as needed, especially on weekendsCompletes all required paperwork associated with job responsibilities and dutiesPerforms other duties as assignedEssential Abilities
Reads, understands and follows all rules, regulations and work instructionsArrives at the workplace, before the shift begins, day in and day outWorks scheduled overtime (weekdays / weekends)Lifts up to 60 lbs. repeatedlyAble to operate a forklift, the baler, a S20 Tennant sweeper, and a “Tugger” after sufficient trainingLeads and coordinates group activities and cooperates with other crewsEducation and Experience
