The Waste Water Treatment Plant Operator is responsible for day to day operations of a 24/hour day/7 day/week, 365 day/year Metals Precipitation and Biological Treatment Wastewater System. The operator is the primary position responsible for ensuring that the treatment plant is maintained and operated in compliance with the site's state issued indirect discharge permit. The operator will report to the Site Supervisor and will inform him of any operational concerns and/or project needs in order to facilitate appropriate action for corrective measures. (Openings for 2 shifts) Day Shift 12 hour rotating shifts, 7:00 am-7:00 pm. 48 hours week one, 36 hours week 2. Overtime as Required to support production. Night Shift 12 hour rotating shifts, 7:00 pm-7:00 am. 48 hours week one, 36 hours week 2. Overtime as Required to support production. State of Georgia issued Class 3 or higher wastewater license preferred.
