Customer service and construction backgrounds can both be a plus for this position.Come work as a flood/water technician with a growing company. Our flood/water technicians respond to people experiencing water problems, such as floods, fire, mold, broken pipes, or malfunctioning appliances. Flood/ water technicians need to have a strong sense of urgency and compassion as they are usually the first on-site to losses or disasters and are interacting with homeowners and business owners daily.We are looking for quality candidates and will train the right person. Strong customer service background is a must and a construction background is helpful. This can be a physically demanding job so you can stay in shape while at work. We have a no-smoking policy during working hours and perform drug tests & background checks.Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Demolishing affected building materials. Flooring, Drywall Etc.
- Water Extraction
- Mold Removal and Containment
- Inspect completed work
- Complete technicians daily log
- Complete Work Orders
- Complete appropriate restoration documentation
- Working on-call rotation is required in this position.
- Must be able to work occasionally in crawl spaces.
