Trust the Triangle Mitigation Laborer Role:The Laborer reports to the Water Mitigation Project Manager. The Laborer attends daily morning meeting to determine daily schedule. The Laborer takes direction from the Lead Technician while on job site, which includes demolition, cleanup of job site, and loading/unloading work van. The Laborer may work in confined spaces and handle hazardous material. The Laborer must maintain a neat and clean work site and operate a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and Apex Restoration DKI policy and procedures.Accountabilities:Ability to lift up to 100lbsAbility to climb ladders and work in confined spacesMaintain clean and professional appearance at all timesNo smoking, vaping on the job site or in company vehicles or consumption of illicit substances while at workSkills in communication, organization, teamwork, and accuracyRequired to be on an on-call rotationMust consistently strive to learn, implement, and maintain strong understanding of mitigation operations and proceduresFoster positive relationships with team membersRefer all customer questions to Mitigation SuperintendentEnsure every job site is clean and safe at all timesMay work 40+ hours per weekMay be on call during catastrophic eventsPerform other responsibilities as requiredRequired Qualifications:Exceptional skills in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management, conflict resolution, and cost managementKnowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards and guidelines a plusMust be able to lift up to 75lbsMust be able to enter confined spaces and climb laddersMust maintain clean and professional appearance at all timesValid Driver's License & eligibility to work in the United StatesAbility to pass a background check and drug screenNo felony convictionsCompensation:$16 to $17 per hourAfter hours bonus per jobHealth/ Vision/ Dental/ AflacPaid Time Off8 Paid Holidays
