Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and team management skills.* Proven experience in water mitigation and restoration.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.* Certification in water damage restoration (e.g., IICRC WRT & ASD) is preferred.* Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.* Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.
