SUMMARY:Responsible for the daily maintenance, inspection and repair of pools to ensure water quality following Parks policy and procedures.Pearl River Resort Associates are required, on a continual basis to...Adhere to any and all company and departmental policies, practices and procedures.Contribute to a safe work environment, through compliance with established safety guidelines, identifying potential safety hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate person for proper resolution.Maintain a professional departmental, company and community reputation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Provide outstanding guest and associate service while performing assigned duties.
- Assist in the daily maintenance and repair of all pools
- Conduct and document hourly pool chemical checks
- Sweep and vacuum all pools, and clean skimmer drains and baskets daily.
- Monitor and uphold all safety and health regulations.
- Assist maintenance repair and preventative maintenance.
- Complete accurate inspections of all pools and grating in pools every morning.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all the pools and keep pools clean to national pool guidelines.
- Check pool chemicals, chlorine and pH (acid) levels on top of every hour.
- Monitor all radio traffic calls for water quality.
- Communicates important, relevant information to following shift.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
