Full Medical, dental vision Immediate PTO Paid Paternity/Maternity 401(k) with match HSA / Flexible spending Bonus program Flexible hours and hybrid work schedule Tuition help Professional development Job Details As a Treatment Process Engineer and Technical Subject Matter Expert: Lead projects ranging from minor modifications to complex new facility designs Design and plan water and wastewater treatment processes Ensure project success by monitoring performance, budgets, schedules, and risks Develop project scopes and budgets Mentor junior staff in treatment process project development and delivery Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and client relationship management Deliver exceptional client experiences throughout project lifecycles Foster a positive team environment aligned with our corporate culture Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering from an ABET-accredited program Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain through reciprocity 15 years of water/wastewater industry experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and teams Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Self-motivation and adaptability, including aptitude for virtual collaboration tools Preferred: Experience with BioWin wastewater treatment process modeling software Interested in hearing more?
