Current opening for a NJ licensed Professional Engineer and EIT with experience in planning, design, permitting, and construction oversight of potable water and sanitary sewer infrastructure projects.Position to assist the firm in handling municipal clients on a variety of municipal water and sewerprojects including the design of a new wastewater treatment plant. Provide technical analysis, design, calculations, reports, and cost estimates. Typical projects include water and wastewater treatment facilities, potable water storage tanks, water distribution systems, pumping stations, and sanitary sewer rehabilitation. Detailed knowledge of water distribution modeling is a plus.Strength in all aspects of design and regulatory permitting.Desired Skills & ExperiencePE Position must be a licensed New Jersey PE with approximately 3-5 years of experience in water & sewer projects.Engineering in Training Position must currently hold FE Certification with approximately 3-5 years of experience in water & sewer projects.Self-motivated individual who can work alone and with a team.Good organizational, writing, and people skills.Experience with Water CAD and AutoCAD software is a plus.Company Description: Sickels & Associates, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary group whose exclusive function is providing comprehensive engineering and surveying services to support our private and public sector clients.
