- HS diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with various types of equipment, including pumps, generators, wrenches and various hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license with clean record (no DUI's, revocations or excessive tickets in the past 3-5 years)
- Ability to apply basic accounting principles, such as fractions, percentages, ratios, etc.
- Ability to be on-call for a 7-day period, including weekend rounds based on a 4-person rotating schedule. Must have the flexibility to respond to after-hour emergency callouts.
- Ability to operate various technologies and associated software (PC, iPhone, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions using tact and diplomacy.
