About the Position:
Crew Leader duties vary depending on the setting in which they work and their level of specialization. They usually work in residential settings, and construction sites where they will oversee projects and lead crew members in addition to performing physical tasks, assist in the repair, replacement and install of basement waterproofing systems, exterior drainage systems, foundation stabilization, and concrete leveling tasks. Crew Leaders will also operate heavy equipment such as mini-excavators and skid loaders and be expected to pull trailers hauling such equipment. Occasionally, Crew Leaders take up dangerous tasks like handling chemicals or working in trenches. In these cases, additional training may be required. Additionally, Crew Leaders are expected to record project data on hand written materials as well as specially designed computer programs.

· Ability to determine and troubleshoot project requirements and difficulties encountered during the execution of work required to meet project objectives.
· Ability to communicate with customers, management, and crew members about projects and jobsites.
· Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads in excess of 50 pounds for extended periods, repetitive tasks and motions etc.)
· Skilled in the operation of heavy equipment such as mini-excavators and skid loaders, etc.
