Essential Functions:
- Maintains positive customer relations by providing prompt, courteous and accurate service to the public with questions, complaints and requests for services and information.
- Provide customer services for service charges and adjustments according to City policies and procedures.
- Purchasing and P-card transactions.
- Processes a variety of public records requests.
- Assisting with coordination of training events.
- Maintain inventory of supplies.
- Assisting with budget preparations.
- Manages billing, reviews and verifies data and maintains record systems; maintains administrative records, department correspondence and reporting systems.
