Adecco is seeking an entry level WaterSpider for a client in Marion, NY. **Available Shifts:**
+ 1st Shift 7:00am 3:30pm ($ 16.30/hour)
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Production Support:** Gather powders, mold components, and necessary parts to facilitate quick setups for press operators. Refill production lines to maintain a steady workflow.
+ **Repair & Asset Management:** Perform minor mold repairs and maintenance, tracking repairs within the toolroom to ensure timely returns of all components.
+ **Documentation & Accuracy:** Read factory orders to ensure the accuracy of tooling and materials required for jobs, ensuring timely delivery to minimize press downtime. Record accurate data on daily labor reports and reclaim tickets.
+ **Safety Participation:** Actively engage in the plants safety program by reporting injuries or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors and participating in safety training and initiatives.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Contribute to assigned High-Performance Teams focused on improving workplace efficiency and employee experience.
+ **Housekeeping:** Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area by adhering to 5S standards, keeping walkways and aisles clear, and performing general housekeeping duties as needed.
+ **Other Duties:** Assist with molding, press operating, and other related tasks as assigned.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
+ **Experience:** No prior experience necessary; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
+ **Skills:** Basic computer skills are required. Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong accuracy in tasks.
+ **Safety Awareness:** Ability to identify and address safety concerns in the workplace.

**Pay Details:** $16.30 per hour
