Join us!Job Description:Following established written procedures, guidelines and techniques, develops, enhances, tests, supports, maintains, and debugs software applications that support business units or support functions. Individual contributor role; fully competent to work under general direction on the most complex projects, often on multiple phases, and seeks guidance and direction from more senior associates or manager, as needed. Working knowledge of business or function for which application is designed. Often responsible for the completion of a phase of a project. Responsibilities:Design and implement a scalable and reliable enterprise architecture framework, resulting in improved system performance and reduced downtimeLead a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and other technical resources across teamsCollaborate with key stakeholders to assess current infrastructure and identify opportunities for optimization and reduction in IT infrastructure costs and improved system resilienceAssist with Audit deliverables for Network ToolsetWork with vendors to enhance their respective tools to meet new customer/security requirementsDevelop integrations for the various Network ToolsAssist with developing a technology strategy that aligns with the organization's business objectivesIdentify gaps in current systems and processes and recommend appropriate solutionsDevelop and implement enterprise architecture standards and governance modelsEvaluate and recommend new technologies and solutionsCollaborate with team members to create new architecture designsAnalyze existing systems and processes for improvement opportunitiesMonitor industry trends and technologies to identify potential opportunitiesDevelop detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and technical designsManage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneouslyEnsure compliance with security and governance standardsRequired Qualifications:10+ years of experience with IBM Netcool Operations Insight (NOI) and Watson AIOps platformsFunctional knowledge of the RedHat OpenShift platformExperience in designing NOI and AIOps solutions for multi-regional architecturesExpertise in probe design to handle high volumes of eventsProficiency in performance tuning of NOI componentsDetailed understanding of NOI and AIOps component workflowsExperience in designing and configuring network discovery in multi-regional architectures using IBM Network ManagerExperience in designing and developing various third-party integrations using IBM Netcool Impact (REST API, web services, various databases)Expertise in designing and architecting SevOne Network performance managementSolid knowledge of system and networking conceptsDesired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, related field and or technical trainingLeadership: Self-starter, self-directed and shows initiativeFocused on execution, delivery, and commitment to datesDemonstrates ownership: Is accountable and can hold others accountable (professionally)Strong written and verbal communications skills.
