FTS has an opportunity for a Waveform Analyst in Chantilly, VA The Waveform Analyst will provide hands-on advanced waveform analysis including the identification, demodulation, and characterization of unknown signals. Responsibilities
- Provide advanced analysis of specialized signals
- Evaluate, analyze, and document the signals and protocol environment of assigned accesses
- Assess the implication of changes in the environment and coordinate their assessment with mission and collection management counterparts
Required Skills/Qualifications - TS/SCI with Polygraph
- BS/BA degree in a relevant field
- 5years' relevant experience
- Recent experience using signals analysis tools, such as WVT, DVT, X-Midas (or similar)
- 450, 451, or 452 training (or similar) and applied that expertise within the past 5 years
- Understanding of the planning, setup and use of RF collection equipment in an operational environment
- Short-term OCONUS/CONUS TDY travel at the request of the government
