We are currently looking for an experienced individual for our Wax department. Perform all required duties relating to setting up and operating one or more of the semi-automatic injection machines for production of a variety of patterns. This is a Monday - Friday, 3rd Shift position with a starting rate of $18.27 and a rate of $19.00 at 6 months. Additionally, we are currently offering a $3 shift differential, $1,000 sign on bonus. We also offer a 5% quarterly bonus plan with full benefits package and 50% 401k company match. Must be able to train on 1st shift for 4 - 6 weeks.

QUALIFICATIONS
Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: LANGUAGE SKILLS - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, workstation documents and Internal Method Sheets (IMS). Ability to format Standard Injection Practices (SIP). Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers and leadership. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. REASONING ABILITY - Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardized exists.
