Visiting Angels of Torrance is looking for Amazing Caregivers to work with our senior communities here in the South Bay and Palos Verdes. We are a highly rated Senior Home Care company voted as an Employer of Choice for several years running.
We offer competitive, weekly, direct pay, paid overtime after 9 hours, paid Orientation and continuing training, paid sick leave, paid errand mileage and travel miles, bonus opportunities for referrals, quality of work, and consistency. We pay your Workers' Comp insurance - you are not on your own. We are a W-2 company - you do not have to come up with money at tax time: it is already done. We offer training if you need it above and beyond what the State mandates. We offer it free of charge, so you are able to reference classes in dementia and Alzheimer's disease. We want you to know about your clients. We offer 24/7 support via phone and text. You may speak with a live person anytime you have questions concerning your client. We have consistent scheduling - regular hours (as much as we are able) and back-up shifts when the inevitable client cancellations may occur.
