As a Wealth Advisor Associate / Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in supporting financial advisors and delivering exceptional service to clients, offering a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, investment analysis, and client relationship management.Responsibilities:Work closely with financial advisors to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including tailored investment strategies and retirement projectionsConduct thorough research on financial products and investment strategies to support advisor recommendationsPrepare and maintain accurate client records, financial analyses, and detailed reportsAssist in the preparation for client meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on all action itemsBuild and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing their financial planning needsNetwork with local businesses and community organizations to promote the firm's services and expand business opportunitiesStay updated on financial regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and deliver relevant, up-to-date adviceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related fieldSIE or FPQP certification required; Series 65/66 must be obtained within the first two years of employmentExperience in financial planning or paraplanning is preferred but not mandatoryDemonstrates self-confidence, personal integrity, and a strong understanding of fiduciary responsibilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clientsSkilled in networking with businesses and local communities to foster relationships and generate business opportunitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilitiesTarget base salary of $45k + bonus. This figure can vary depending on factors such as skillset and experience level.
