Job Description:

A unique opportunity to join a growing firm as an integral part of their legacy plan.

Summary: The Wealth Advisor manages existing client relationships, either working with a Senior Wealth Advisor or on their own. Wealth Advisors are mainly focused on servicing existing clients but will have some responsibility to develop new client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support staff in pre-client meeting preparation
  • Monitor and follow-up with all action items from client meetings
  • Assist with planning, analysis, and investments; consulting with senior advisor on complex issues
  • Independently service existing clients and maintain strong relationships
  • Grow existing relationships by adding more assets under management, identifying opportunities for more services and identifying referrals
  • Develop new client relationships primarily from referrals of existing clients as well as by developing their own referral sources
  • Strive to add $2,000,000 in NNA per year
  • Prepare and update financial plans
  • Prepare and present insurance cases
  • Develop asset allocation strategies
  • Evaluate, maintain and rebalance investment models
  • Maintain relationships with investment partners
  • Be open to a flexible work schedule which may include some evenings and an occasional weekend day.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited university and minimum of three years' experience in a client facing role.

Certificates and Licenses:

  • Must hold FINRA series 7, 66
  • Insurance Licensed Preferred
  • Has or desire to obtain CFP, CRPC, CIMA, or other advanced certification

Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior service and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced level computer skills; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Comfort with being a team player and doing whatever is needed, big or small
  • Able to manage and get along with diverse personalities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Salary and Benefits:

  • $95,000 - $115,000 yearly salary range
  • A bonus of 18% - 30% of yearly salary paid quarterly
